Equity-Linked Instruments • Share Option Scheme (adopted 11 June 2018): No outstanding options and no options granted, exercised, or lapsed during the month. • Capacity for future grants: Up to 114.00 million shares (10.0% of issued share capital) remain available for potential issuance under the scheme. • No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuing agreements were outstanding or exercised.

Governance Note The monthly return was submitted on 2 July 2026 and signed by Director Yip Kwok Hung Kevin. No other corporate actions or capital adjustments were reported for the review period.

The absence of share movements in June signals capital stability, while the confirmed public float compliance and existing headroom under the option scheme provide flexibility for future funding or incentive initiatives.
