Deep Source Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 00990) reported that its total authorised share capital remained at 200.00 billion ordinary shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.0025, amounting to HKD 500.00 million.

At the end of February 2026, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) increased by 515.00 million from 14.29 billion to 14.80 billion. The company stated the public float requirement of no less than 25% has been met.
