According to the latest disclosures from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, RAYS Capital Partners Limited increased its holding in Beckman Micro (02149) on September 11, acquiring 264,640 additional shares.

The shares were purchased at a price of HK$29.52 each, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HK$7.81 million. Following this acquisition, RAYS Capital's total shareholding in the company now stands at 3,673,240 shares, representing a stake of 20.4%.
