The certificate of incorporation on change of name, issued by the Registry of Companies in the Cayman Islands, confirms the transition from “Genor Biopharma Holdings Limited” to “Edding Genor Group Holdings Limited,” accompanied by a dual foreign name change from “嘉和生物藥業(開曼)控股有限公司” to “億騰嘉和醫藥集團有限公司” with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 30 December 2025 (Hong Kong time).

The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong subsequently issued a certificate of registration of alteration of name, finalizing the new English and Chinese names under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). Effective from 9:00 a.m. on 6 February 2026, the stock short name will change on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited from “GENOR” to “EDDING GENOR” in English and from “嘉和生物” to “億騰嘉和” in Chinese. The stock code remains 6998. The changes do not affect shareholders’ rights, and the company’s English and Chinese names remain “Edding Genor Group Holdings Limited” and “億騰嘉和醫藥集團有限公司” respectively.
