The group has also outlined a follow-up purchase plan, intending to continue buying additional A-shares through the same exchange system over the next 12 months. Subject to certain market conditions, the total amount of A-share purchases, including the recent acquisition and the planned purchases, is expected to be no less than RMB 500 million and no more than RMB 1 billion.
