The company's English name, "AI X Tech Inc.", remains unchanged. The Hong Kong Registrar of Companies issued a certificate of registration of change of name of a non-Hong Kong company on April 30, 2026, confirming that the company's name registered in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) is "AI X Tech Inc.", and the Chinese name "车市科技有限公司" has been removed. Following the effective removal of the company's Chinese name, the existing Chinese stock abbreviation "车市科技" will no longer be used, while the English stock abbreviation "AI X TECH" remains unchanged, effective from 9:00 a.m. on May 15, 2026. The company's stock code on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "01490". The removal of the company's Chinese name will not affect any rights of shareholders.
