China Yongda Automobiles Services Holdings Limited (Yongda Auto) disclosed that on 12 May 2026 it bought back 0.20 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 0.98 and HKD 1.00 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.20 million.

The 12 May transaction lifts the tally of shares repurchased for cancellation but not yet cancelled—acquired between 8 April and 12 May 2026—to 5.74 million shares, representing approximately 0.31 % of the company’s 1.84 billion issued shares. Based on the volume-weighted prices disclosed for each trading day, these repurchases involved an aggregate cash outlay of roughly HKD 6.40 million, with prices ranging from HKD 0.99 to HKD 1.28 per share.

Despite the buybacks, the company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 1,838.39 million shares as of 12 May 2026; cancellation of the repurchased shares is still pending.

The purchases form part of the share-repurchase mandate granted on 30 May 2025, which authorises Yongda Auto to buy back up to 187.62 million shares. Cumulatively, 29.56 million shares—equivalent to 1.58 % of the issued share base at the time of the mandate—have been repurchased under this authorisation. In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Yongda Auto is subject to a moratorium on new share issues until 11 June 2026 following the latest repurchase.
