LC Logistics disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return (22 June 2026) that it has completed a placing of 42.15 million new ordinary shares at HKD 3.30 each.

The issuance expands the company’s outstanding share base from 572.54 million to 614.69 million shares, marking a 7.36% increase. Based on the announced placing price, the gross proceeds amount to approximately HKD 139.10 million.
