MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd announced on May, 11 2026 that new shares to be issued under its Scrip Dividend Scheme will be priced at 0.90 Singapore dollars each.

The price represents a discount of about 9.12% to the average volume-weighted average price of the company’s shares traded on the Singapore Exchange from May, 7 2026 to May, 8 2026, the period when the stock was quoted ex-dividend.

Shareholders can opt to receive the shares in lieu of the approved final dividend of 1.50 Singapore cents per share and a special dividend of 0.50 Singapore cents per share for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025. Election notices will be sent on or about May, 25 2026, and the dividends—or equivalent shares—are scheduled for payment on or about Jun, 26 2026.

Participation in the scheme is optional; shareholders who take no action will receive the dividends entirely in cash.
