CDB LEASING (01606) has announced the signing of a product procurement agreement. The company, acting as the buyer, entered into the agreement with the seller Shanghai Yuyun Information Technology Co., Ltd. after trading hours on July 3, 2026.

Under the terms of the agreement, the seller has agreed to sell, and the buyer has agreed to purchase, the procurement targets for a total consideration not exceeding RMB 4 billion.

The procurement targets consist of information technology computer equipment.

The product procurement agreement was executed by the company in the ordinary and daily course of its business. Entering into this agreement is advantageous as it allows for the full utilization of the respective strengths of the parties involved.

It is also beneficial for increasing the company's market share in the computer equipment operating lease market and aligns with the company's business development strategy.
