Concord New Energy Group Limited announced a final ordinary cash dividend of HKD 0.003 per share for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

The dividend remains subject to shareholder approval, with the ex-dividend date, record date, book closure period and payment date to be confirmed later.

The declaration was released on Mar, 26 2026 together with the company’s annual results. Tricor Investor Services Limited will act as the share registrar for handling the dividend distribution.
