PSBC (01658) announced that the Board of Directors of Postal Savings Bank Of China Co., Ltd. held a meeting on November 26, 2025, reviewing and approving a proposal to adjust the composition of the board's specialized committees.

The board resolved to elect Mr. Liu Xin'an as a member of the Audit Committee, replacing his previous role on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Zhang Xuanbo was elected as Chairman of the Risk Management Committee. Mr. Liu Ruigang was appointed as a member of the Risk Management Committee, stepping down from the Audit Committee. Ms. Chen Xue was elected to serve on both the Risk Management Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Song Xiaodong was appointed to the Strategic Planning Committee and the Connected Transactions Control Committee. Mr. Pu Yonghao joined the Strategic Planning Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Social Responsibility & Consumer Rights Protection Committee.

The appointments of Mr. Liu Xin'an, Mr. Zhang Xuanbo, and Mr. Liu Ruigang to their respective board committee positions took effect immediately upon the resolution. Other nominated directors' committee roles will become effective upon approval of their qualifications by the National Financial Regulatory Administration.
