CHINA RAREEARTH (HKEX: 00769) has announced a series of new appointments to its board and key management roles, effective from June 12, 2026.

Mr. Han Yongfeng has been appointed as an Executive Director and the Chairman of the Board.

Ms. Chen Li has been appointed as an Executive Director and one of the Authorised Representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.

Mr. Wu Wenchang has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director, the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of both the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.

Ms. Tan Zhixin has been appointed as the Company Secretary and an Authorised Representative.
