United Hampshire US Real Estate Investment Trust said on Aug, 13 2026 that it will pay a distribution of US 2.16 cents per unit for the period from Jan, 1 2026 to Jun, 30 2026. The payout comprises a tax-exempt income component of US 1.16 cents and a capital distribution of US 1.00 cent per unit.

The units will trade ex-dividend from 9:00 a.m. on Aug, 21 2026, while the transfer books and register of unitholders will close at 5:00 p.m. on Aug, 24 2026. Eligible investors on record at that time will receive the distribution on Sep, 28 2026.

The manager confirmed that the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) applies to this distribution, allowing investors to receive their entitlement wholly or partly in new units instead of cash. The issue price for new units will be set at a discount to the volume-weighted average traded price in the ten business days up to and including the record date; the exact price will be announced on Aug, 24 2026.

Unitholders choosing the DRP or opting to receive the payment in U.S. dollars must submit a completed Notice of Election to the unit registrar by 5:00 p.m. on Sep, 15 2026. The same deadline applies to the submission of U.S. tax forms; failure to file accurate forms will trigger a 39.2546 % withholding tax on the tax-exempt income portion.

Distributions will be paid in Singapore dollars by default. Investors preferring payment in U.S. dollars must both submit the Distribution Election Notice by Sep, 15 2026 and opt out of the Central Depository’s automatic currency conversion service at least three business days before the payment date.
