Grand Ming Group Holdings Limited has issued a clarification on the timetable for its forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 (FY 2025/26).

The AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, 25 August 2026. To determine shareholders’ eligibility to attend and vote, the company’s register of members will be closed from 20 August 2026 to 25 August 2026, both days inclusive. During this five-day period, no share transfers will be processed.

Shareholders intending to participate must lodge all transfer documents, together with the corresponding share certificates, with Tricor Investor Services Limited—Grand Ming’s Hong Kong branch share registrar—by 4:30 p.m. on 19 August 2026 at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

The company confirmed that all other particulars in its FY 2025/26 annual results announcement remain unchanged.
