One of the job requirements stirred controversy: "Must have experienced the harsh realities of society, understand the difficulty of finding a job, be in need of money, and be able to withstand pressure and verbal abuse." The posting emphasized this as a "critical requirement" and advised applicants to "read carefully before applying." The salary range was listed as 3,000–5,000 yuan.

Many netizens argued that such wording could impose psychological pressure on job seekers. By November 10, the listing was no longer visible on the platform. Public records show that Shanxi Xirui Hotel Management Co., Ltd. shares its registered address with "Beike Hotel (Taiyuan South Station East Square Branch)." A staff member confirmed that the hotel and the company posting the job are the same entity. They clarified that the front desk position had already been filled and explained that the "pressure tolerance" requirement referred to handling difficult guest interactions professionally. "Employees shouldn’t feel upset just because a guest is rude," the staff added.

Kanzhun Limited's customer service stated that if users believe a job posting contains inappropriate content, they can report it through the platform’s designated channel. The platform reviews such reports within 24 hours. Meanwhile, the labor inspection authority in Taiyuan’s Xiaodian District deemed the phrasing of the job posting inappropriate, as it could create undue psychological stress for applicants. They advised job seekers encountering similar issues to file complaints via hotlines 12333 or 12345, after which authorities would mandate corrective action from the involved hotel.
