Shenglong Splendecor International Limited has rescheduled its forthcoming board meeting, originally set for 6 August 2026, to 18 August 2026. According to the company’s 31 July 2026 announcement, additional time is required for management to finalise the unaudited consolidated financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The delayed meeting will review and approve the publication of these 2026 interim results and handle other board business. The postponement was disclosed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Sheng Yingming on behalf of the board, which currently consists of three executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
