JOY SPREADER (06988) announced that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective November 20, 2025. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint KWNG CPA Limited (KWNG) as the new auditor to fill the vacancy left by Deloitte.
