FUTURE DATA GROUP (08229) announced that on January 26, 2026, the company entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Linghe Culture Media (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Linghe Culture is a company established under the laws of China.

Pursuant to the proposed agreement, the two parties intend to leverage their respective technological and creative strengths to jointly explore business opportunities in Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) technology applications and the co-development of Intellectual Property (IP), including but not limited to film, television, animation, and other digital content businesses.

This proposed strategic collaboration is expected to enable the Group to combine its technical capabilities in artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing with Linghe Culture's creative prowess and industry resources.

The partnership is anticipated to enhance the Group's involvement in the rapidly growing AIGC and digital content creation industry, foster cross-border synergies between technology and entertainment, broaden revenue streams through AIGC-based content services and IP commercialization, and strengthen long-term competitiveness, while simultaneously creating potential value-added returns for shareholders.
