China Feihe Limited (Stock Code: 06186) disclosed on 18 November 2025 that 10,300,000 ordinary shares were repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, increasing the total number of treasury shares to 149,165,000. The repurchased shares amounted to approximately 0.1154% of the previously issued shares (excluding treasury shares). After the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 8,918,086,704, while the total issued shares remained at 9,067,251,704.

The company reported that the repurchase took place on 18 November 2025 at prices ranging between HKD 4.28 and HKD 4.37 per share, with an aggregate purchase price of approximately HKD 44,651,360. This share repurchase was made in accordance with a mandate granted on 29 May 2025, which had authorized up to 906,725,170 shares to be repurchased.
