Techtronic Industries Buys Back 20,000 Shares for HK$2.89 Million; Total Repurchases Reach 2.78 Million Shares

Techtronic Industries Company Limited disclosed that it repurchased 20,000 ordinary shares on 12 August 2026 via on-exchange transactions. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HK$142.70 and HK$145.80, resulting in an aggregate consideration of HK$2.89 million and a volume-weighted average purchase price of approximately HK$144.54 per share.

Including this latest transaction, Techtronic Industries has acquired 2.78 million shares under the board-approved buy-back mandate granted on 8 May 2026. The cumulative repurchases represent 0.152% of the company’s issued share capital of 1.83 billion shares as at the mandate date.

All 20,000 shares bought on 12 August are designated for cancellation, consistent with previous purchases made between 31 July and 11 August that remain pending cancellation. The outstanding pool awaiting cancellation totals 104,500 shares, procured at prices ranging from HK$130.73 to HK$147.32.

As of the close of 12 August 2026, Techtronic Industries’ issued share capital stands unchanged at 1,827.57 million shares. In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 11 September 2026.
