Bank of Tianjin (the “Bank”) announced its audited 2025 annual results.
• Operating income rose 1.50 % year on year to RMB16.95 billion; net profit increased 2.60 % to RMB3.93 billion.
• Total assets expanded 6.10 % to RMB982.40 billion, while total liabilities climbed 6.40 % to RMB911.25 billion.
• Gross loans and advances reached RMB479.42 billion, up 8.80 %; customer deposits grew 8.00 % to RMB541.11 billion.
• Net interest margin improved 6 basis points to 1.53 %, supported by a 35 basis-point drop in the average cost of interest-bearing liabilities.
• Asset quality remained stable: non-performing loan ratio held at 1.70 %, provision coverage rose to 171.56 %.
• Capital adequacy ratios stayed above regulatory minima—total CAR 13.13 %, Tier 1 9.96 %, CET1 9.08 %.
• The Board proposes a cash dividend of RMB1.368 per 10 shares (RMB0.1368 per share), subject to shareholder approval; the register of H-share members will close from 6 May to 12 May 2026, and payment is expected on 24 June 2026.
• Liquidity indicators remained sound: year-end liquidity ratio stood at 61.59 %, while the average liquidity coverage ratio recorded 241.13 %.
The Bank stated that 2026 will mark the start of its 15th Five-Year Plan, with continued focus on risk control, cost reduction and growth in technology-driven and green finance sectors.
