CAI Corp convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 10 February 2026 to consider proposed acquisitions and the proposed adoption of a 2026 Share Scheme. The total number of issued shares stood at 1,979,550,411, with Longling Capital and Mr. Cai collectively holding 1,036,844,846 shares (about 52.38%). These shareholders abstained from voting on ordinary resolutions (1) and (2), leaving 942,705,565 shares eligible to vote.

Union Registrars Limited served as the scrutineer for the voting process. Resolutions (1) and (2) relating to the relevant equity transfer agreements both received 53,356,261 votes in favor and none against. Resolution (3) concerning the adoption of the 2026 Share Scheme passed with 1,090,196,107 votes in favor and 5,000 votes against.

All proposed ordinary resolutions were thereby approved during the EGM.
