BJ ENT URBAN (03718) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Enterprises Urban Environment Services Group Co., Ltd. (Beijing Enterprises Urban Environment Services (China)), has recently won two projects through local government tender processes in Chengde, Hebei Province, and Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.

The estimated total contract value for the Shuangqiao District Environmental Sanitation Services Marketization Project in Chengdu, Hebei, is RMB 185 million. Meanwhile, the integrated urban sanitation (waste sorting) and greening maintenance project in Gaochun District, Nanjing, Jiangsu, for 2025-2028 carries an estimated total contract value of RMB 260 million.

Under the tender agreements, the subsidiary will provide comprehensive services including street cleaning, waste collection and transportation, dry river maintenance, operation of six waste transfer stations, holiday sanitation support, emergency services, and other environmental services in Shuangqiao District, Chengde.

For the Gaochun District project in Nanjing, the scope covers sanitation cleaning, green space maintenance, waste sorting, facility operation, urban order upkeep, and related environmental services.
