Headquartered in Miramar, Florida, VSE Corporation is a prominent provider of aftermarket distribution and maintenance services for the aviation sector. The company supplies engine components, airframe parts, and offers maintenance and overhaul services to the commercial and business general aviation markets. The company reported revenue exceeding $1.1 billion for 2025. On May 5, it completed the acquisition of Precision Aviation Group, a move that significantly expands its global footprint in the aviation aftermarket.

On May 7, VSE held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Shareholders approved all four proposals on the agenda, which included the election of directors, ratification of the independent auditor, an advisory vote on executive compensation, and authorization for the board to issue blank-check preferred stock. During the meeting, President & CEO John Cuomo highlighted the company's successful transition to a pure-play aviation aftermarket business in 2025. He noted a strong start to 2026, with record revenue and profit growth in the first quarter, driven by sustained robust demand in the aviation aftermarket sector.
