According to an announcement made on October 23, 2025, CEB GREENTECH (01257) reported that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CEB Ecological Restoration, has entered into an excess household waste disposal agreement with Baoying Energy. Under this agreement, CEB Ecological Restoration has appointed Baoying Energy to process excess household waste generated from the project through incineration using its facilities. It is projected that Baoying Energy will dispose of a total of 48,000 tons of excess household waste, with 25,000 tons expected to be treated by the end of the fiscal year on December 31, 2025, and 23,000 tons by December 31, 2026. The processing fee that Baoying Energy will charge for disposing of this waste is RMB 126.29 per ton. Based on the total volume of 48,000 tons, the total cost CEB Ecological Restoration is expected to pay Baoying Energy under this agreement is approximately RMB 6.0619 million.
