Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (GEELY AUTO) disclosed a marginal increase in its share capital following the exercise of employee share options on 9 July 2026.

The company issued 3,000 ordinary shares at HKD 9.56 per share under the share-option scheme adopted on 28 April 2023. This lifted the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) from 10.78 billion to 10.78 billion, reflecting an immaterial expansion of approximately 0.00003%.

Treasury shares remained unchanged at 63.21 million, leaving the aggregate share count—comprising issued and treasury shares—at 10.85 billion.

The board confirmed that the allotment complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements, and that full consideration for the new shares has been received.
