Concord Healthcare Group Co., Ltd. (CONCORD HC GP) announced that Executive Director Chang Liang has resigned with immediate effect, citing personal career planning. The board noted that Mr. Chang expressed no disagreement with directors and reported no matters requiring shareholder or Hong Kong Stock Exchange attention. The company acknowledged his contributions during his tenure.

Concurrently, the employee representatives’ meeting held on 11 May 2026 elected Jiang Li, 36, as the employee director for the fourth board session, effective immediately and coterminous with the current board’s term. Jiang Li joined Concord Healthcare in November 2015 and most recently served as Investor Relations Manager within the Office of the Board. Her previous roles include finance positions at Beijing Ddb Needham Advertising and Beijing Century Fortunet Network Technology between July 2011 and September 2015.

Jiang Li holds two bachelor’s degrees—one in economics from Star College of Harbin Normal University (June 2011) and another in science from Harbin Normal University (December 2012). Under her service contract, she will not receive separate director’s fees; compensation will remain under her existing employment terms.
