CEB WATER (01857) has announced the dissolution of its strategic committee, effective from August 11, 2026, as part of an effort to streamline and optimize the company's corporate governance structure and decision-making processes.

With the disbandment of the strategic committee, the roles of its chairman and members have been automatically terminated. The committee's functions and responsibilities will now be assumed directly by the company's board of directors.
