Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Zoomlion) has issued a supplemental announcement to its 29 May 2026 AGM circular, detailing the financial terms linked to the re-appointment of its auditors.

The company disclosed that audit fees for the year ending 31 December 2026 are expected to total up to RMB7.40 million, comprising: • KPMG Huazhen: RMB2.65–3.15 million • KPMG: RMB4.25 million
