JINYUAN HCHEM (02502) announced that due to changes in work arrangements, Mr. Wang Kaibao has resigned as a Non-Executive Director and Mr. Wu Zhiqiang has resigned as a Shareholder Representative Supervisor of the Company, effective upon the conclusion of the upcoming extraordinary general meeting. Following the effectiveness of Mr. Wang's resignation, he will also cease to be a member of the Company's Audit Committee and the Chairman of the Company's Strategy Committee. To fill the vacancies created by the resignations, the Board intends to appoint Mr. Xu Fenglei as a Non-Executive Director and Mr. Zhou Feng as a Shareholder Representative Supervisor, subject to approval by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting. Their terms will commence immediately after the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting and will last until the expiry of the current term of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee, respectively.
