China Greenland Broad Greenstate Group Company Limited (stock code: 1253) has released details of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on 7 November 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in Shanghai. According to the announcement, the meeting will address several proposals, including a share consolidation, a change of the company’s name, and amendments to its memorandum and articles of association.

The final resolution is a set of amendments to, and adoption of, a new version of the memorandum and articles of association, which will take effect if the share consolidation or name change becomes effective.
