Royal Caribbean Cruises (RCL) shares fell 0.66% in early trading Tuesday. The company faces a lawsuit from the family of a deceased passenger, who alleges that Royal Caribbean overserved alcohol and used excessive force before the passenger's death aboard the "Voyager of the Seas."

Royal Caribbean Cruises stated it has cooperated with authorities regarding the incident but declined to comment on the ongoing litigation.
