Jan, 30 2026 — SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. (BHK) released a voluntary update on the progress of its core wastewater and water supply businesses during the second half of 2025.

The group reported new wins and milestones across transfer-operate-transfer (TOT), acquisitions, intended acquisitions, entrusted operations and capacity upgrades, reinforcing its market footprint in southern, eastern and northeastern China.

Key developments include:

• TOT award: a 120,000 t/d Chenzhou First Wastewater Treatment Plant project, with a concession from Jan, 1 2028 to Dec, 31 2064.

• Equity transactions secured: two projects in Dalian’s Lüshun Economic Development Zone (combined 60,000 t/d) covering wastewater treatment and reclaimed-water pipelines; the transactions each carry a highest applicable percentage ratio below 5%, hence no disclosure obligation under Hong Kong Listing Rules.

• Intended acquisitions: framework agreements reached to acquire two Anshan wastewater projects with a combined 230,000 t/d capacity. Due diligence and formal share-transfer contracts are under way.

• Entrusted operations: a 60,000 t/d potable-water plant in Weifang (eight-year term) was signed in Oct, 2025, while a 7,100 t/d industrial park wastewater facility in Hegang commenced operations.

• Upgrade and expansion projects: a 30,000 t/d Phase IV expansion at Tiantai County, a 15,000 t/d startup at Xiangtang Development Zone, and three standards-upgrade projects in Jiangsu and Shandong (total 100,000 t/d) were either launched or commissioned.

SIIC Environment said the progress strengthens its position among China’s leading water and environmental services providers by expanding operational scale and geographic reach.
