GREEN ENERGY GP (00979) has issued an announcement regarding the sale of real estate and assets located in Germany. The board of directors is pleased to announce the completion of the real estate sale on May 22, 2026. Following the fulfillment of the priority notice registration and the receipt of the consideration by the real estate seller, EnviroAssets GmbH (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), the possession, usage, encumbrances, risks, liabilities, and traffic safety obligations associated with the property have been transferred from the seller to the buyer, Hanse Prometheus GmbH.

Concurrently, the asset sale has also been completed. The ownership and possession rights of the assets have been transferred from the asset seller, EnviroPlastics GmbH (90% indirectly held by the company), to the asset buyer, Reva Polymers GmbH. Furthermore, the employment relationships of the transferring employees, which relate solely or primarily to the business associated with these assets, have been transferred to the asset buyer.
