On 9 July 2026, Tong Ren Tang Technologies Co. Ltd. (stock code: 01666) announced several senior governance changes:

From March 2024 to June 2026, she was Company Secretary of China New Town Development Co. Ltd. (HK: 1278).

The Board, chaired by Zhang Yi, expressed gratitude to Han Guan Zhao for his contributions and welcomed Mei Zhe to her new roles.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises three executive directors (Zhang Yi, Zhang Chun You, Wen Kai Ting), two non-executive directors (Du Xin, Feng Li), four independent non-executive directors (Chan Ching Har Eliza, Zhan Yuan Jing, Siu Paul Yu Hay) and one employee director (Zhu Dong Sheng).
