XINYI ENERGY (03868) announced its final results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The company recorded revenue of RMB 2.453 billion, an increase of 0.53% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to equity shareholders was RMB 1.011 billion, representing a year-on-year growth of 27.79%. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.12. A proposed final dividend of 3.6 HK cents per share was recommended.

According to the announcement, compared to the 2024 fiscal year, revenue contributions from electricity sales and from net tariff adjustments increased by 4.4% to RMB 1.528 billion and decreased by 5.1% to RMB 916 million, respectively. The overall increase in total revenue was primarily driven by contributions from the portfolio of projects commissioned in 2024 and 2025. However, this growth was partially offset by grid absorption limitations during the year and an increase in the frequency and volume of market-based electricity trading.
