On 1 December 2025, Wealth Glory Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8269) held an Extraordinary General Meeting. Shareholders voted by poll on a special resolution to change the company name from “Wealth Glory Holdings Limited” (富譽控股有限公司) to “Go Up Education Technology Limited” (倍升教育科技有限公司), subject to approval from the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.

According to the company’s poll results, 124,190,036 shares (approximately 99.99% of votes cast) supported the resolution, while 217 shares (approximately 0.01%) opposed it. With over 75% in favor, the resolution was passed as a special resolution. All directors attended the meeting except two who were absent due to other business arrangements. No shareholders were subject to voting restrictions or required to abstain, and the total number of eligible shares for voting was 890,722,800.
