Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited (“TG Smart Energy”, 01083) has announced the composition of its Board of Directors and the membership of its four standing committees, effective 20 March 2026.

The Board will comprise eight directors: • Non-executive Directors – Dr. the Hon. Lee Ka-kit (Chairman) and Mr. Kenneth Liu Kai-lap. • Independent Non-executive Directors – Dr. the Hon. Moses Cheng Mo-chi, Mr. Brian David Li Man-bun and Dr. Christine Loh Kung-wai. • Executive Directors – Mr. Peter Wong Wai-yee (Chief Executive Officer), Dr. John Qiu Jian-hang (Chief Operating Officer – Renewable Business) and Mr. Zhou Heng-xiang (Chief Operating Officer – Mainland Gas Business).

Committee structures are confirmed as follows: 1. Board Audit and Risk Committee: chaired by Mr. Brian David Li Man-bun, with members Dr. the Hon. Moses Cheng Mo-chi and Dr. Christine Loh Kung-wai. 2. Remuneration Committee: chaired by Dr. the Hon. Moses Cheng Mo-chi, joined by Mr. Brian David Li Man-bun and Dr. Christine Loh Kung-wai. 3. Nomination Committee: chaired by Dr. the Hon. Lee Ka-kit, with Dr. the Hon. Moses Cheng Mo-chi, Mr. Brian David Li Man-bun and Dr. Christine Loh Kung-wai as members. 4. Environmental, Social and Governance Committee: chaired by Dr. Christine Loh Kung-wai, joined by Mr. Peter Wong Wai-yee, Dr. John Qiu Jian-hang and Mr. Zhou Heng-xiang.
