TIANGE (01980) announced that Ms. Wu Xiuwei has resigned from her positions as joint company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and authorized representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) for accepting service of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong (process agent), effective August 29, 2025, due to other work arrangements.

Ms. Ou Zheng has been appointed by the company as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, effective August 29, 2025. The existing joint company secretary Ms. Chen Xiu will continue to serve in her current position at the company.
