IMMUNEONCO-B (01541) has announced the successful administration of the first dose in its Phase II randomized and placebo-controlled clinical trial evaluating IMM0306 for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The trial is expected to enroll approximately 90 patients, who will be randomly assigned in a 1:1:1 ratio to one of three treatment groups. These groups will receive either IMM0306 at doses of 1.2 mg/kg or 1.6 mg/kg, or a placebo.
