CDBL Funding 1, as Issuer, together with CDB Aviation Lease Finance Designated Activity Company as Guarantor and supported by a keepwell and asset purchase deed from China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 1606), has announced the listing of US$500,000,000 4.25% notes due 2031 (the KW Notes, Stock Code: 40082).

These notes have been issued under the US$3,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme and will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited by way of debt issues to professional investors. According to the announcement dated 11 February 2026, the listing and permission to deal in the KW Notes are expected to become effective on 12 February 2026.
