Foshan Haitian Flavouring and Food Company Ltd. (“Haitian Flavouring”) reported fresh share repurchase activity on 7 September 2026, spanning both its Shanghai-listed A shares (603288) and Hong Kong-listed H shares (03288), according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return.

A-share repurchase on SSE • Date: 7 September 2026 • Volume: 750,300 shares, equal to 0.0135 % of the A-share float before the transaction • Price range: RMB 33.93–34.28; volume-weighted average price: RMB 34.15 • Cash outlay: RMB 25.62 million • Post-deal position: Issued A shares decreased to 5.55 billion, while treasury stock rose to 14.44 million shares. The repurchased shares are designated for future capital reduction or employee incentive schemes.

Outstanding H-share repurchases for cancellation Between 1 and 7 September 2026, Haitian Flavouring accumulated 2.44 million H shares for cancellation: • 1 Sep: 267,300 shares at an average HKD 28.12 • 2 Sep: 695,700 shares at HKD 27.72 • 3 Sep: 470,100 shares at HKD 28.03 • 4 Sep: 719,400 shares at HKD 28.47 • 7 Sep: 286,100 shares at HKD 28.25 (range: HKD 28.12–28.38), costing HKD 8.08 million

These purchases leave the total H-share count unchanged at 291.22 million until formal cancellation. The cumulative 2.44 million shares bought represent 0.84 % of the authorised repurchase limit of 29.12 million shares approved on 14 July 2026. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales runs through 7 October 2026.

Strategic context The continued dual-listing buybacks signal Haitian Flavouring’s active capital management, marginally reducing its A-share base and advancing its H-share cancellation programme while maintaining compliance with Shanghai and Hong Kong exchange regulations.
