ADICON Holdings Limited has released a supplemental progress update concerning its planned purchase of the entire issued share capital of Crown Bioscience International.

The board now estimates that the shareholder circular detailing the transaction terms will be dispatched on or before 30 September 2026. Earlier updates were provided on 13 November 2025 and 13 May 2026.

Completion of the deal remains subject to the satisfaction of all agreed conditions precedent. Until those conditions are fulfilled, the acquisition may or may not proceed.

The company advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in ADICON securities while the transaction remains pending.
