Hang Lung Properties Limited (HKEX: 00101) disclosed its Monthly Return for June 2026, highlighting a sizeable expansion of its share base driven by a scrip dividend distribution.

Share Capital Movement • Issued share count rose by 146.44 million new ordinary shares, all arising from a scrip dividend executed on 15 June 2026 at HKD 9.06 per share. • Post-issue, total issued shares (excluding treasury stock) increased to 5.20 billion from 5.06 billion at end-May 2026, marking a 2.9% month-on-month expansion. • The company continues to report zero treasury shares on its register.

Public Float Compliance • Hang Lung Properties confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25% as at 30 June 2026.

Share Option Schemes • 1.23 million options lapsed during the month—1.12 million under the 2012 scheme and 0.11 million under the 2022 scheme. • Outstanding options stand at 156.71 million (2012 scheme) and 49.07 million (2022 scheme). • As at 30 June, a further 137.50 million shares could be issued upon exercise of vested options, while the 2022 scheme still allows up to 276.28 million additional options to be granted.
