Crealights Technology Co., Ltd. (CREALIGHTS) announced that its H-shares have been included in the eligible securities lists of both the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, effective 7 September 2026. The decision was disclosed in separate notices issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 4 September 2026 and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 7 September 2026.

Following the inclusion, qualified mainland investors will be able to trade CREALIGHTS shares directly through the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges, expanding the company’s access to domestic institutional and retail capital.

The board stated that the Stock Connect admission reflects market recognition of the company’s investment value and growth prospects. Management expects the broader investor reach to strengthen shareholder diversification, improve share liquidity and support long-term corporate development.

CREALIGHTS reiterated its strategic focus on technological innovation and deeper engagement in the optoelectronic interconnection field while expressing appreciation to shareholders, investors and partners for their continued support.
