GenFleet Therapeutics (Shanghai) Inc. (GENFLEET-B, 02595) announced that, according to notices from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, its shares will be included in the eligible shares list of the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect programs starting March 9, 2026. This inclusion will enable eligible Mainland investors to directly invest in these shares through the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges.

Additionally, GenFleet Therapeutics (Shanghai) Inc. will become a constituent of the Hang Seng Index Series from the same date, including the Hang Seng Composite Index, the Hang Seng Stock Connect Hong Kong Index, and the Hang Seng Innovative Drug Index.
