Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd. (HKEX: 00175) has announced the issuance of new shares resulting from the exercise of employee stock options.

The company confirmed that on June 8, 2026, a total of 20,000 ordinary shares were issued after employees exercised warrants under a share option scheme adopted on April 28, 2023.

A further 6,000 ordinary shares were issued on the same date following the exercise of warrants by participants from related entities under the same share option plan.
