SHIMAO SERVICES (00873) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of RMB 3.62 billion; gross profit of RMB 709 million; profit attributable to equity holders of RMB 8.519 million; and basic earnings per share of RMB 0.003.

According to the announcement, SHIMAO SERVICES' market expansion team achieved record-breaking performance in the first half of 2025. The new annualized contract amount reached RMB 958 million, representing a 54.6% year-on-year increase, while new contracted gross floor area totaled 40.1 million square meters, surging 126.6% year-on-year. With high contract values and rapid growth, the market expansion team delivered exceptional results once again.

During the first half of 2025, property management services remained the primary growth engine for SHIMAO SERVICES. Despite macroeconomic pressures and ongoing challenges in the real estate sector, SHIMAO SERVICES demonstrated steady improvement in the complex and volatile environment through profound industry insights and refined operational capabilities. Property management service revenue reached RMB 2.812 billion in the first half of 2025, up 1.9% year-on-year, with gross profit margin remaining stable.

Among these non-residential projects, an impressive 96.6% are located in tier-1, new tier-1, and tier-2 cities. These cities, with their concentrated industries and bustling customer traffic, serve as engines for consumption growth.
