China Boton Group Company Limited repurchased 426,000 ordinary shares on 10 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, spending HK$1.12 million at prices ranging from HK$2.53 to HK$2.68 per share (volume-weighted average: HK$2.63).
Prior to the transaction, China Boton had 1.07 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares). The buyback reduced the public float by 0.04%, bringing the outstanding share count to 1.07 billion. All repurchased shares were retained in treasury, lifting the treasury stock balance to 11.98 million shares, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.08 billion shares.
The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 22 May 2026 that authorises the company to buy back up to 108.05 million shares, equivalent to 10% of its issued share base at that date. To date, 0.04% of this limit has been utilised. Under Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 9 August 2026.
